Refund policy

At Feeta Style, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review the following guidelines:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the purchase receipt.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same article in a different size or color.

  • If you receive a damaged product, kindly send images of the item to our WhatsApp number +92 319 8560150 or email us at feetastyle@gmail.com. Our customer support is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Online & In-Store Exchanges:

  • For online purchases, you can initiate an exchange by visiting your nearest Easy Step store within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Customers must return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition to qualify for an exchange.

  • If you opt for an exchange via courier, shipping charges for both ways will be borne by the customer unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Important Notes:

  • Due to variations in monitor displays and lighting conditions during photography, minor differences in color and texture may occur. Exchanges will not be accepted based on color or texture discrepancies.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that have been used beyond mere opening of the packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items sold at a discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Bags, undergarments, perfumes, cosmetics, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges will be processed based on the current price applicable at Feeta Style outlets and online for non-discounted items only.

  • The processing time for exchanges via courier is 15 working days from the date of request.

  • Refunds are not available; only exchanges will be facilitated.
